产品简介

FT-27-FPP-GEN系列MEMS光纤压力传感器是使用法布里－珀罗干预（F-P）原理 ，将压力转变转换为传感器内部F-P压力敏感腔的腔长转变 。F-P压力敏感腔由具有一定反射率的两个平面镜组成 ，光束在其间多次反射组成多光束干预 ，在压力作用下 ，F-P腔长爆发响应转变 ，使入射光被调制 。通过解调含有压力信息的光输出信号 ，就可以获取压力值 ，也可解算获得被测液体的准确高度 。很是适用于高电压、强电磁滋扰、强侵蚀和易燃、易爆的情形 。
